Family Skiing

One of Susan's friends who used to work for Oak Hall joined us skiing today. She wanted to do some "family skiing". For that, read really slow cruising blue runs. Jeanette and Mark had slightly different ideas, heading straight for a mogul field, and then doing lots of videoing.

We ate lunch in the revolving restaurant at Allalin (one of three in Switzerland - can you name the other two?), and then visited the ice grotto under the glacier.

I skied down to Saas (the others went down in the gondola), and it was a bit slushy at the bottom, but still not bad for the time of year. I think they're quite jealous that as they go home tomorrow, I'll still be skiing!
