Leogang

Saalbach has ski slopes on both sides of the valley. The North facing ones have snow right down to the valley floor, the South facing ones are heavily reliant on artificial snow. I started off on the North ones, but as the two runs I wanted to do were both shut, I headed over the other side, and skied down to Leogang (also North facing). Conditions weren't too bad, but the ski back into the village was hard work.

After last night's lack of success in Saalbach, tonight I headed to Hinterglemm in search of a pizza. I went into the pizzeria next to the swimming pool, only to be told that they don't do pizza!!! I was so shocked I didn't ask what they did do. I eventually found somewhere that was open, but the food was very disappointing. It's a rare occasion that I leave pepperoni pizza!
